- All dogs must pass a health and temperament screening before enrollment to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.
- Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, and owners must provide a current vaccination record at the time of enrollment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Owners must sign a liability waiver covering potential risks associated with group dog transportation.
- Dogs should be ready and waiting at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time, with a 5-minute grace period allowed.
- All payments must be made in advance to secure the daycare service and transportation.
- Owners are responsible for any damages their pet may cause during transportation or at the facility.
- Charges for repairs or cleaning due to excessive mess will be billed to the pet owner accordingly.
