Scheduling: All therapy dog visits must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of teams and adequate preparation.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled visits to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to manage our resources and scheduling efficiently.
Visitor Guidelines: During therapy dog visits, all participants must follow the handler’s instructions to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the session.
Health and Safety: Our therapy dogs are health-checked and groomed regularly to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and care. We require that the visiting environment also upholds cleanliness and safety standards to protect both the dogs and the participants.
