Booking and Cancellation: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations or changes to the event must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Vendor Coordination: While we offer a panel of preferred vendors, clients are welcome to bring their own vendors subject to our approval for coordination and setup.

Safety and Conduct: All event activities must comply with our safety guidelines. We prioritize the well-being of our animals and guests, and any activities deemed harmful will be prohibited.

Liability Waiver: Clients must sign a liability waiver covering all participants, acknowledging the inherent risks involved with outdoor and animal-related activities.

Event Hours: Events must conclude by 9 PM to ensure the well-being of our animals and adherence to local noise regulations.
