- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm the event date.
- Cancellations or changes to the event must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional charges.
- Clients can choose from our preferred vendors or bring their own vendors, subject to prior approval.
- All activities and setups must comply with Barn & Beyond’s safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of animals and guests.
- Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the venue or property during the event.
- A liability waiver must be signed, acknowledging the inherent risks involved with outdoor and animal-related activities.
- Events must conclude by 9 PM to comply with local noise regulations and ensure the comfort of our animals.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas and must comply with legal and safety standards.
