Terms & Conditions

Pre-Registration Required: All swimming sessions must be booked in advance. Spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention and safety.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee.

Behavioral Conduct: Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior towards other dogs or staff may need to be removed from the session to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. Such dogs may be offered alternative accommodation or private sessions to better suit their specific needs.
