Animal Interaction: Interaction with animals is allowed only in designated areas and must be supervised by petting zoo staff to ensure the safety of both the animals and visitors.

Health and Safety: Visitors are required to sanitize their hands before and after interacting with the animals. Eating and smoking are prohibited in the animal interaction areas.

Liability Waiver: All visitors must sign a liability waiver upon entry, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with animal interaction and agreeing to adhere to all safety guidelines.

Cancellation Policy: Event bookings at the petting zoo, such as birthday parties or group tours, require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

Conduct: Visitors are expected to behave respectfully and kindly towards the animals and staff. Misconduct or abuse towards animals or other visitors will result in immediate expulsion from the zoo without a refund.

Weather Policy: The petting zoo operates weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the zoo may close for the safety of the animals and visitors. Pre-purchased tickets for such days may be rescheduled or refunded.

Extra Activities: Activities such as pony riding are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. These activities are also governed by specific safety rules that must be followed.
